My name is Gil Garcia. I am a bilingual voice over talent fluent in both English and Spanish. I am the owner and principle talent at Legacy Voice Over. Along with my wife Karen, it is our goal to bring honesty, integrity and effectiveness to your voice over communications project.
How it all Started...
- My voice talent began in 1986 when operating a sound board fostered into starting my own business as a mobile disc jockey throughout South Florida. Throughout the years, my services and referrals lead to work in the corporate sector where I have served as a trainer, mentor, master of ceremony, and have engaged in numerous narration projects. Most recently, I have worked closely serving learning and development teams collaborating with instructional designers and e-learning specialist.

In my 30 plus years’ experience in public speaking, as part of my Insurance and Financial services career, I have worked for several Fortune 100 companies. I understand the power of a mission statement, personal and corporate core values, and your business need to deliver World Class Service. I have experience in banking, life and health insurance, long term care, and auto insurance claims. I have been a process improvement team leader over the years and I bring my corporate culture experience through my voice for your project.

My wife Dr. Karen Garcia has over 30 years as well in corporate, and public speaking. In her early years, she worked in the corporate sector in law, insurance sales and service, mortgage, and banking before embracing the role in education. As an educator for elementary through college level students, to include adult learning as a university professor, the bridge into instructional design emerged. Presently, as a dean for the college of online education for graduate and undergraduate studies, Karen brings her passion and commitment to education to all learners. Her sustained focus is to foster an environment of growth and comprehension, inclusive of all learner modalities and accessibility, in all of her instructional design modules.
